This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("you" or "User") and ValenorEye, Lda. ("ValenorEye", "we", "us"), the publisher of the Interactive Hud software ("Software"). By installing, activating, or using the Software you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. License grant
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable fee, ValenorEye grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on computers that you own or control, in accordance with the activation terms below. The Software is licensed, not sold.
2. Activation and license keys
The paid Software is unlocked with a license key. Activation binds the license to a hardware identifier of your device (see the Privacy Policy). A license key permits a limited number of activations as stated at the point of sale. You are responsible for keeping your key confidential. Selling, sharing, or publishing license keys is prohibited.
3. Restrictions
Except to the extent the following is prohibited by applicable mandatory law, you shall not:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the proprietary parts of the Software, or attempt to derive their source code;
- circumvent, remove, or tamper with the license-activation or anti-tampering mechanisms;
- copy, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or resell the Software or keys;
- use the Software to develop a competing product, or remove any proprietary notices.
Nothing in this Section limits any rights granted to you under the licenses of the open-source components bundled with the Software (Section 7).
4. Hardware-monitoring disclaimer
5. Updates
The Software may check for and download updates. Updates are governed by this Agreement. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
6. Ownership
ValenorEye and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual-property rights. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership to you.
7. Third-party components
The Software includes third-party and open-source components, each licensed under its own terms (accessible in-app via Help → Licenses). Those components are governed by their respective licenses, which prevail over this Agreement with respect to those components.
8. Disclaimer of warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ValenorEye shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or hardware. ValenorEye's total aggregate liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Software in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Term and termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using and uninstall the Software.
11. Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Portugal shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
12. Purchases, refunds and right of withdrawal
The Software is sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant-of-record service, acting as the merchant of record for the transaction. Link is the seller on your receipt, issues your invoice and handles the applicable taxes, and your purchase appears as Sold through Link; Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.
14-day money-back guarantee. If the Software is not for you, write to info@interactivehud.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the full amount. Your licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued. You can also ask Link support, the seller shown on your receipt; a refund issued by Link deactivates your licence key in the same way.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers). For digital content supplied immediately, EU law allows a trader to ask you to waive the 14-day withdrawal right. We do not ask you to waive it. Your 14-day right stands in full, and the guarantee above is given on top of it — no reason required. Nothing here affects mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
If the Software is ever offered through Steam and you obtain it there, Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement and refund policy apply to that purchase instead.
