14 days, no questions asked. If Interactive Hud is not for you, write to info@interactivehud.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount.
How to ask for a refund
Send us an email at info@interactivehud.com
with the order reference (labelled Order reference in the email that
brought you your licence key) — it starts with cs_ — or simply the email
address you used to buy. You do not have to explain why. We reply to every message.
You can also ask Link support directly: Link is the seller shown on your receipt, and it can issue the refund itself. Either way, the refund goes back to the payment method you used, and how long it takes to appear depends on your bank — usually a few working days.
What happens to your licence key
Your licence key is deactivated when the refund is issued. Interactive Hud stops being licensed on the machine it was activated on. Nothing else on your computer is touched, and no data of yours is sent anywhere — the application is local.
Who you bought from
Interactive Hud is made by ValenorEye, Lda. and sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant-of-record service, acting as the merchant of record. Link is the seller shown on your receipt, issues your invoice and handles the applicable taxes. Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment itself.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
For digital content supplied immediately, EU law allows a trader to ask you to waive the 14-day withdrawal right. We do not ask you to waive it. Your 14-day right stands in full, and the guarantee above is given on top of it — no reason required. Nothing here affects mandatory consumer rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
Bought somewhere else?
If Interactive Hud is ever offered through Steam and you obtain it there, Valve's Steam Subscriber Agreement and refund policy apply to that purchase instead.
